Neon Survival Privacy Policy
Hifun Studio ("we", "us") handles the personal information of players of the game Neon Survival (Korean title: 네온 서바이벌: 도형 키우기; the "Game") as described below. This policy covers the Game app. Our website is covered by the website privacy policy (in Korean).
This is an English translation of the Korean privacy policy. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Playing without signing in
While you play without signing in, your progress (stages, upgrades, settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers. It is deleted when you uninstall the app, and we cannot see it.
2. Playing while signed in
If you sign in to continue your progress across devices, we store an account identifier together with your progress.
The account identifier is a one-way transformation of the value provided by the sign-in provider, so it cannot be turned back into the original.
We never receive or store your password.
When you sign in we also receive your email address, but we use it only at that moment to check whether the account is an operator account,
and we do not store it.
Progress that was on your device before you signed in goes back to the device when you sign out.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Google Play. We never receive card numbers or other payment details. Checking that a purchase is valid and delivering the purchased item is done on your device by the Google Play Billing library, and order identifiers and purchase history are not sent to our servers. Refunds and payment disputes follow Google Play's procedures.
4. Ads
The Game shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and use your advertising ID (AAID), device information, and approximate location based on IP address. Google handles this information under its own policies; see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Turning off personalized ads — on your Android device, go to Settings → Google → Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID. If you delete it, you will still see ads, but they will no longer be based on your interests.
5. Service providers and third parties
- Google LLC — sign-in, in-app payments, ads
- Cloudflare, Inc. — servers and storage
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for any other purpose.
6. Retention and deletion
Data for a signed-in account is kept while the account exists and is destroyed without delay when you ask us to delete it. Payment and transaction records are not kept on our servers; Google Play, which processes the payment, retains them under applicable law and its own policies.
You can request deletion of your account and data on the account deletion page, or delete it right away from the in-game settings.
7. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn that such information has been collected, we delete it immediately.
8. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing. Contact us at the address below; we will verify and handle your request and let you know the result.

10. Notice of changes
This policy has been in effect since September 2, 2026 (English version published September 11, 2026). If it changes, we will post a notice on this page 7 days before the change takes effect.
